Robert Douglas and Associates (RDA)

RDA started in 1996 and has always been a side, entrepreneurial outlet and private practice to Robert Intveld's full time EAP job all spanning over 35 years. As an EAP professional, Robert has worked in all levels of EAP, both clinically and administratively; external, internal and hybrid models. He gravitated towards CIR work while working for an internal, marquee, financial firm in NYC which sent him to lead in CIR at Columbine HS, Oklahoma City Bombing, 9/11 in NY and various locations within the firms many national locations. Later he would be sent to BP Oil Spill, Sandy Hook in CT, and various shooting, natural disasters, employee deaths including suicides. During this time, Robert's frustration with existing CIR models soon became expressed through RDA where the new approach, Multi-Systemic Resiliency Approach (MSRA) was born.
